So sorry for the mass lack of updates on my makeup stuff! Here is a continuation from my FAVOURITE TYPES OF EYELINER topic. And as promised, this post will be on my favourite Gel Eyeliners! My favourite Liquid Eyeliners might be next!
So let’s get started!!
What’s a Gel Eyeliner? : The difference between a Gel Eyeliner and any other eyeliners are the ingredients used, texture and application. I don’t think I would touch on what ingredients there are in a gel liner, it would probably bore you guys out. Gel Eyeliners usually comes in a jar and has to be applied with an eyeliner brush, also it is important for you to know that the lid HAS to be closed tightly after every use, or else you’d probably have to change a new jar every month!
Tip in maintaining your Gel Eyeliner: Make it a habit to scoop out an amount you need onto a clean palette or some sort, or if you prefer, the back of your hands before application. This helps lessen the chance of air getting into your gel eyeliner and drying it out fast!
So on with my all-time favourite Gel Eyeliner up to date!

KANEBO KATE GEL EYELINER~!
Pros:
- Doesn’t dry out as fast as other gel liners
- Smooth, even application
- Comes in varieties of colours
- Intensity of colour comes out easily.
- Doesn’t smudge as easily as other brands of gel liners I’ve used so far
- Comes with an application brush
Cons:
· I can’t really think of any cons for this product, I just love it to bits!!
And if the KATE GEL EYELINER never existed or ran out of stock in stores >.<, my second choice would be~~~

MAYBELLINE EYE STUDIO GEL LINER
Pros:
- Doesn’t dry out as fast as other gel liners but still a little faster then Kate’s
- Smooth, even application
- Comes in a few colours
- Comes with an application brush
Cons:
- Smudges quite easily (For my eyes at least)
